GlamGen Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of GlamGen, a social media content creation and scheduling app operated by ProfoundInteractive - Lukas Werner. By using GlamGen, users agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

GlamGen helps users create, prepare, schedule, and publish social media content. The app may use artificial intelligence to generate captions, post ideas, image-based text suggestions, and other marketing content.

2. User Accounts and Connected Platforms

Users may connect their own social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, where supported. Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the right to publish the content they upload, generate, schedule, or post through GlamGen.

3. TikTok Publishing

When a user connects TikTok, GlamGen may use TikTok's Content Posting API to let the user publish their own video content to their connected TikTok account. Users must intentionally start the upload and configure the required TikTok upload settings before posting.

4. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it. Users must not use GlamGen to create or publish unlawful, misleading, infringing, harmful, or unauthorized content.

5. Availability

GlamGen may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Third-party platform features may depend on the availability and rules of those platforms.
